I have been so bad at visiting these forums! The move has just been crazy, in my defence! xx

Hi, I just saw your message. I moved over to the US in October after a full 10 months of being separated from my husband. Everything since has just been a whirl wind. Being patient is tough but you'll get there (here) in the end. I actually wish I'd made better use of my time in the UK because I miss family, friends and London so much! Good luck with your journey! xx

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying married life, that's what its all about. I have my interview tomorrow! xx

case number arrived this morning! xx
-
We've only received an email copy of our I-130 approval. I'm assuming they'll send a hard copy in the mail. And then we still have to wait for the case number, which might not come for another few weeks. I guess the fact that it's coming from Rome slows it down too. Thanks, at least I know what I should be looking out for. Just want to book the medical and send off the forms asap.

So being sent to Rome slowed us down. It rubs me the wrong way that people who filed in March have approvals AND case numbers but our I-130 was approved June 20th

Honestly, the number is so expensive it buts me off. I'm gonna wait until Friday and if it's not in the mail I'm gonna call and see if I can get it. Of course, my case might not have been sent from Rome to London yet so they might not even know I exist. Actually...someone else who was sent to Rome said the envelope their case number was in had postage from Rome!

still no news on where my application is or what the outcome is...

I really don't know whether it will be worth my while to email London again. I doubt they will have any information but just sitting and watching people who filed after me getting approved is soul destroying. I found only one other person whos petition got sent to Rome and is still waiting. It's frustrating not knowing.

Not a happy bunny...just found out our I-130 application is being handled by the Rome office! So who knows when we'll hear something because London has no infomation to provide xx

enjoying few days I have left with my husband. All this immigration stuff is on hold whilst we enjoy being together again xx

the next couple of weeks we should have the results of our I-130. So ready to be approved and with my husband again!

If not, you should be! You'll get a lot of great advice there too! xx

Congrats on your NOA1, its nice to just get on the map. It'll be a long wait but visiting helps and in time, your approval will arrive. Good luck! xx

Flights are expensive but if you shop around you can sometimes get good deals and of course it depends on what time of the year you fly. It's difficult being apart and I'm so glad we can fit in a visit or two whilst this process is going on. Keep your chin up because you guys are finally going somewhere, we're still waiting on the I-130 approval! xx
-
is hoping our I-130 is approved xx

It is difficult to stay positive, yes. But we'll get there in the end and at least he's coming to visit! I find it makes such a difference when you have a date to look forward to. Unfortuntaly my husband and I can't afford to visit each other at the moment, maybe in a few months. Yesterday was our 2nd wedding anniversary. Hopefully next year we can celebrate it properly by never...

Oh, I'm sure you'll get your approval soon. Stay strong and prepare for the next step! xx

is trying to stay sane, just wish they would show they were making some progress! xx

Hi! We share the same timeline concerns and I'd love to hear your opinion on the latest embassy website update. 10 months most certainly wouldn't get you over there by July. I was hoping to be out there by August at the latest. Very dissapointed that 3-6 months is stretching to 7-10 months! xx
