Just came back from congressman's office and found out what the problem was in a matter of hours: The case was sent back cause the person that approved my application did not sign it and NVC send it back to be signed but when it was received by Vermont they send it to the National Record center to be stored!..I have to wait about a week to be sent back to NVC and my case will b sent to consulate..we are back in business!

On July 8th My K1 129 Visa For my Fiance Got approved after They Needed more evidence , Im still waiting for the letter they said they would mail ... What should i be waiting for and what should i get ready for?

I cannot wait until the day that I can post that we purchased the ticket and Colo is coming to America.
