Hi, it has been a while since I was on here but I got to point where I am going to file for my citizenship and I was going through the form and got to question 8, part 12 on the form, the question is:

Have you called yourself a "non-us resident" on federal, state, local tax return since you became a lawful permanent resident?

From waht i can remember i thought it gives you the option to selct permanent resident on your taxes so I am curious what i should put in that box and also what have others put?

I got my approval text and email last night saying the card will be delivered within 30 days yaaaay

its about time they have one something about this and put a stop to those that come to Britain and just sponging off the government

i got my biometrics appointment today its for 6/10/13.

i plan on doing a walk in appointment a little earlier than that

received my noa1 today dated 04/26/2013

My check cashed on 5/9/2013, still no noa1 though

Hey, The petition to begin with i think is $355(not sure on it now) The medical will cost you 200 pounds, the actual visa interview is about 220 pounds then the flights will cost you anything from 450-800 pounds depending on yourroute that you take! The marriage licence varies in different states so i dont know the figure for that but a ball park figure for a marriage at the court house with licence would maybe be $400 then the AOS costs somewere around $1070 and then i guess the cost of you being here would depend on your lifestyle!But to get you here its about $3500 or 2400 pounds

Me and my wife got married in Vegas and we applied for AOS and got the greencard in just under 3 months with nointerview day!actually it was closer to 2 months

With the SSN you can just go to a local social security office whereever you will be and fill in the form and they will send it to that address

Maybe you could contact the doctors office who did the medical they may be able to send you a copy of it

If you have your case number you should be able to schedule your medical!as for packet 3 is it not just a link that they give you to fill in additional documents? maybe ask other people from Mexico what happened with their packet 3
