We got our NOA1 on July 12th and still waiting for NOA2.....hopefully this month

Hi, Me and my fiance filed in July 2010 and we are still waiting on our NOA2 so you might be waiting a while yet anything up to 7-12 months depending on waiting times fluctuating and not getting RFE's etc! good luck hope your cases goes through as quick as possible

Hi, so providing you do the things correctly it will take about 2months that ill be able to start looking for a job? Im jumping the gun considering im still waiting on my NOA2 grrr but thats good as i was worried about not having enough money to take with me so thats a bit of a relief

Hi, as far as im aware you will receive a package giving you the address of the embassy etc. I think there is somewhere on the uscis page which will tell you where the medical and interview will take place. Though if your only beginning to file your K1 visa this week you are going to be waitim 4-6 months till the interview and medical

With the phone records Me and my fiance were using a company previous to our engagement which we have no proof of as i no longer have the phone that the calls were made to. Since our engagement we have been using a company called Rebtel which gives you a local number tocall which makes calls to and from America cheaper so we use this. Would the call record from Rebtel be sufficient?

Secondly we talk just about every day with video calls on MSN how would i prove that?

We also email each other everyday at least once also!

Any advice??

Hi VJ people I am writing for some assisstance. I am waiting for my K1 visa and just thought about the I134 form.

My fiance and her mum are sponsoring me as my fiance has just finished uni so doesnt have the needed amounts made over the past

3 years but is now in a job that pays her well above the minimum but only started that in May! So would my fiance fill out one I134 and then

her mum fill out another?
