I assume each case is different and they say it can take up to 6 months. Never the less, I had mine within 3 weeks so I would think you should have it fairly quick.

That's right. Well I just opened the DX plastic envelope and all is clear now. Inside it was my passport and an envelope which I am not allowed to open. Now the case is clear :) Thanks for your help!!!
