Singapore police certificate mailed out to Guangzhou! One step closer!!!
-
Oh man... Everything was fine except they give us blue for not having a Singapore Certificate of Clearance. Howver, this is not issued to non-Singapore citizens... so I don't know what to do... You can read about it in the Evidence of Relationship Documents thread under reginal discussions > china.

Yes! We have all those sorted out.. got plenty of relationship evidence! Thanks! Hey I got a question... Does my husband need to pay any fees once he gets inside the embassy?

For our I130, I just sent in 8 months of call record, 25 pictures and some bank statements of our joint checkings account. Its fairly simple compared to everyone on here. I hope the VO doesn't have a denial in mind before my husband's interview. I will definitely write an EOR letter but I really don't know how much it would help. I just hope all this evidence now will make a differe...

Hi,
I already mailed my husband my passport for him to bring to the embassy. I am just worried that we did not frontload the I130 that the VO would have a denial in mind. What do you think?
-
Oh he's going to bring it for sure! Im sure he won't even mind carrying 40 lbs of papers as long as the visa can get approved! haha... BTW, do you think it would be a problem if we did not frontload anything therefore there is very little evidence presented as of now? But of course, he will be carrying 4 lbs of papers w/him to the interview...

* We submited very little evidence at USCIS and NVC stage... I hope it doesn't come back and bite us... BTW, the lawyers told us not to submit those and told us to wait until the interview...

Thanks Greg! Man I am worried about my husband's interview. I was under the impression that we can submit all of our EOR evidence during the document drop off day. However, I just found out that those documents won't even be looked at until the intview. My husband have 4 lbs of evidence w/him and I really hope that the VO peeks at it and approve him. We submitted very little at USCI...

Hi can you please help me with a quick question? I was told by the lawyers to photocopy all our EOR docs (phone records, plane tickets, traveling docs.. etc.) and drop off both sets (original and photocopies) during the document drop off day? Is that necessary? Thanks!
