    Interview went well and Immigration Officer congratulated us and i got approved! :-) Also i got a status update from USCIS.Gov that my GC is under production & will be mailed within 30days.

    I'm sorry I was out for a while! We got flooded here in Central PA and we had to evacuate! But things are back to normal now, despite losing some stuff! How is everyone??? Hope everyone is ok!

      I'm sorry to hear that and the household stuff is replaceable so the important thing is ur safe. This could be the time to do more shopping? ;-) it'll be fun.

      Conratulation! It's a huge relief not thinking of when exactly the USCIS going to grant the AOS/Greencard.. When did u filed the AOS? I filed mine June 20, 2011 and until not a touch or even an update of transfer and It's been stressing me alot lately..

    Got the EAD in the mail today. It was combined with the AP. Did not know that, but do now. It states on the card, valid for re-entry. YAY!!!

      Thank you for the greetings! :-) Just a quick question, how long did it took when ur AOS/GC got approved? My case turned 1mo. last July 23rd and after few days my EAD&AP were approved and card produced. Just wondering how long i have to wait for the GC.

      U will get it soon. Mine just got approved 2days after my biometrics schedule stated in NOA and went 3weeks earlier though when i got in the mail my biometrics schedule NOA

    Yay!! Received a text msg notice saying my EAD&AP is updated. Checked it on USCIS.GOV and showed approved!! One more approval (AOS) and i can be stress free!! ;-)

    I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND EXCITED... SITTING IN CLASS TAKING A FINAL EXAM,,, TEXT ALERT COMES ON MY APPLE,,, DROPPED THE EXAM,, LOGGED ONTO THE USCIS WEBSITE AND THERE IT WAS AN APPROVAL NOTICE OF THE I-129F MAILED OUT ON JULY 25TH, 2011..... I CALLED MY FIANCE AND WOKE HER UP,,, AND YELLED AT HER I LOVE YOU BABY,, THE NOA 2 APPROVED!!! NOW I JUST HAVE TO WAIT ON NVC...

    case was transferred to CSC! no interview? i hope so...

      U may not have any interview and probably close to adjudication.. we have the same date for filing. I've done my biometrics and it's been a month since they last updated our case and still no updates or good news.. It's quite stressful..

    Married for over 3 months now and with GC in hand!! Ahh Life is good :) I can finally just work on my marriage without any distractions, the AOS process caused so much stress. To those still waiting, be patient, your time will come too!

      I haven't received any update about my case being transferred to CSC/other service center.My biometrics is scheduled july 26 but i decided to go in 3weeks early (july 8th) hoping they will process AOS, EAD & AP afterwards, but until now no update. :-(

      I'm in the stress period for AOS, bored to death being home and miss working :-( My case will turn 1month tomorrow and still not a single update.. I've done my biometrics and hoping they will at least approve the EAD or AP.
