    VJ says that based on my timeline, my EAD/AP should be approved around May 30-June4.. Let's wait and see.. I hope the GC comes sooner than that!

      We're happy everything is set on time with your AOS. We need help on the I-693 form. In the application there is a part where the applicant has to write down the medical history etc, and test results.. We're completely confused.

      How much is the total amount u paid for the adjustment of status (AOS) with the included application such as I-765, I-864, I-131 and I-485?

      Did you guys wrote 2 separate money order checks or 1?

    Finally I received my Green Card last 4days ago... and now I am enjoying my new job here in Illinois as a jewelry consultant, kinda challenging but I know I can do it - with the help of Almighty God! God Bless us always... =)

      Upon my POE in JFK they stamped my I-94 for authorized for employment. I don't know if everyone gets the same chances though.

      @Ery - Maybe my experience can help. Our (Wes & me) interview was March 24 (thursday), got approved and was told by the CO that my visa will be printed within the 2-3days the latest. They printed the visa sticker on March 25 (friday). We called the 2go on Monday (March 28) and was told that my name was not on the list of people with their passport, visa and visa packet... Luckily we are staying in a nearby hotel so my fiance walked-in the embassy and spoke to one of the Visa Officer (in-c...

      Congrats!! We're glad to made it safe and enjoying the place.. How was your flight? Ours was long and tiring.. Had 2 layovers (Tokyo & Newyork).. Worth the pain though.. Next week i'm going to apply for SSN & next is our marriage license.. :-)

      @John+Lourdelie: Our interview was March 24 (got approved) but until today the 2go courier don't have my name in the list of Immigrant Visa's they receive from US Embassy. The CO though said to us they print the visas a day after the interview & if it falls on thursday it will mostly be release friday or at the latest monday...We are hoping to get it today...
