      See, that scares me... it took them a month to get started on our case, and they don't even put us in their system... Thank you Dave H! unlike K1 phase, it is okay for us to wait a bit longer if they want to take longer time, because we are together now:)

      I didn't include my financial support paperwork, I only included co-sponsors + I needed to show my dad (co sponsors) proof of US residency. Somehow I missed those things! I don't think they made it very clear on the list of what you need in the AOS packet. Oops! Sending back tomorrow!

    Yeah they kept my fiance's passport because they have to to put the visa in (hope that's what you mean) can't believe it's taking so long for you i've never heard of AP. let me know what happens! the delay for my fiance was just the bank holidays but the embassy was able to speed it up.

    Gareth is flying to me monday! He paid for the express courier delivery so his visa will arrive between 6-8 am!!!

    Your interview was 15 days ago :( makes me feel so sick! They told my fiance (interview on the 27th) hed have his visa in hand today. Yeah right!!!

    The embassy told my fiance he would have his visa BY THURSDAY which is today, and that includes the holidays. So they really told him wrong.

    I used to have a link to a google doc with the list but someone took it down :( i would post in the forum to be safe. Really the only thing they cared about with my fiance was his police cert, birth cert, and letter from employer was very important for financial support. Yeah my fiance needed to be here tomorrow because we had a trip planned out of state to visit my family.

    No we haven't gotten the visa yet. People from the 20th still dont even have their visas. Im very angry about it. We did not send our police cert or original documents with packet 3, they wanted them at the interview.

      yeah me too. I was getting nervous that I was the only one, and some how it was coming back without the visa. I called them yesterday and they had something listed from on my file, so I have been worrying ever since. So glad to hear you guys are getting it too!

      On the website site it says expected delivery 9/5/11....does yours go into more detail than that?
