OR even download online from IRS which I did. Instant transcript.
Hi Arken. I was just about to do that and then I found out I can get the transcripts for free and why not?! ;-) Did you get yours free or did you have to pay for it?

You can also make the order online at the following link. It takes about 10 days.
Hi Russ & Caro, but you have to pay right? This is just for those who want to get their transcripts for free of charge and enough time to wait.

I just want to share with anyone who is planning to file N400 that you can obtain 3 year Tax Return transcrips for free. I submitted Form 4506-T by mail on the first week of March and I got the transcripts on the third week of March considering it's busy and tax season. I've never seen anyone posted it here before...so here for ya!

Anyone please close this topic. Thank you very much!

Haha I'm a Queen of Sheba. Plus, my husband calls me Princess. Thank you! Now I understand clearly. I thought it's about willing to give up my born citizenship.

I am currently filling out form N-400 and not sure about my answer. In part 12, 4 A, Do you now have, or did you ever have a hereditary title, or an order of nobility in any foreign country? I answered it YES for I am Filipino. Is it right? Thank you for you help! :-)

Thank you to all your inputs. Appreciated! :-)

Did they not return your fee back?(They are supposed to return the fee back when sending package back)

When you refile it you send the package again with the required fee.
I received the rejection letter today and I didn't received the documents/the whole package yet. I think I will wait for the package. What do you think?

Hello guys,
Today I received in the mail a Notice from USPS trying to deliver a large envelope. I am not expecting anything from anybody except from USCIS.
Two more tips why I think is the I-751 returned:
1) The USPS notice show my second last name that I NEVER use in US since is very confusing to everybody to understand that in my country we have 2 last names so I only use one except for any process with USCIS or Social Security but not even with the banks...
2) The USPS notice show that is a "Large envelope" so if is a NOA should come in a letter envelope or something small not in a "Large envelope" I think.
I am a little bit worried because I double check everything before send the package: Dates, signatures, check (, name in pay to the order of OK, amount OK and with 00/100). My GC expires in 08/20 and they received the package on 08/21 so that is OK too!
Obviously I will go to the post office as soon as they open tomorrow morning! I hope will be something else but I am pretty sure is USCIS related...
I will let you know guys tomorrow morning.
Hello there. I see that they returned your I-751. I received a rejection letter today because I filed too early. It's 4 days early... anyway, do you think they will return my whole package including the money order?
-
"Very close" does not cut it. The 90 day rule is hard and fast. You cannot file prior to the 90 days. Re-file within the 90 day period. Follow the guides...read, read, read...
I will refile my I-751 application but how about the fee?

Are they sending my documents back? How about the money order?

I don't know what to say but I am irritated!
My Green Card is expiring on June 11th of this year and they received my application the 7th of March. The rejection letter dated 11th of March and I received it today the 13th and it says I filed too early. It's very close to 90 window. Any advice on what to do now? I was thinking to call but I don't know if it's very good idea. Any inputs will be appreciated.
Thank You! -
Thanks everyone for your answers! I really appreciate it all! Thank you so much! Please close this topic....it's SOLVED! Thank you!

The EAD became invalid when you got your GC. You should not be using the EAD for anything anymore, just your GC.
So to answer your question.. you don't do anything with the EAD. You apply to remove the conditions on your gC in the 90 days before your GC expires (or when your divorce is final - if applicable), whichever comes first.
Thank you Vanessa&Tony! It's crystal clear to me now! I really appreciate it!
is possible that you are remembering it wrong.
Sure, it can be part of the advice given during an AOS interview, but usually as a caveat with 'If you don't receive your greencard by the time your EAD expires, you can apply for an EAD renewal'.
I appreciate your input Darnell! Thank you!

Hello everyone! I am just a little bit confused because I still remember during my interview for Adjusting Status, the Lady said(maybe I am wrong) that before my EAD expires April 25, 2013, I should renew it before 90 days. My Green Card expires on June 11, 2014. I am wondering if this situation happens or I have to wait before 90 days of my Green Card's expiration to remove conditions on my residency. I understand that if you have a Green Card you don't need EAD for work permit. Does anyone know if I need to renew my EAD? Please Help!!! I will really appeciate any of your inputs. Thank you!

The passport was valid not visa but they kept both. I will discuss with a lawyer. thanks for input. I dont even know what visa looks like, is it a stamp in passport, separate document?
A visa looks like a money with some informations about a person who was issued a visa and glued in visa page of the passport.

I never thought I'd see the day...his interview was cake, only 45 minutes. He should be moving here in a few weeks!

Hi Everyone!
I am leaving in 2 weeks. And I would like to ask if how can i send my extra baggage (20 Kgs) in a cheap way. I booked my ticket at American airlines and i realized that my first trip from here in Dubai is operated by British Airways and I am only allowed 1 checked baggage allowance.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance! -
our interview was yesterday and I was in attendance. we had all the standard proof of a relationship e.g. chat logs phone records text logs letters from family and friends. He was interviewed by a woman in english and then given the same questions by a man in arabic. he answered consistently and truthfully for over an hour. I was then interviewed by the same man for about an hour. We were given no specific reasons for denial just the usual "appears to be for immigration purposes" statement. i'm fairly sure that they did not like the fact that I had met him in may 2009 and went to see him in december 2009. the man said " that was quick!!" they also did no tlike our 15 year age difference. that's all i can think that it would be since we co,pared our answers to their questions afterwards and we gave the same;
so, i have tried contacting my senator, no response yet; what about getting in touch aith an attorney, and how do I find a good one?
Im so sorry to hear that. Dont give up! Wait for senators help or your attorney. I am 15 yrs younger than my petitioner but they never question me about it. All the best!
Fight for it! You are just in a high fraud country. Show and prove your true intent. -
I'm gonna write this and go cry my guts out in the shower,I just seriously hope that our story helps someone.
My SO and I got the package together in July of 2010.He sent the stuff in June and got the NOA in sept.
EVERYTHING went slow for us,it took us 135 or so days to get approved but we didn't find out that we were actually approved until about a month later when I contacted CSC via email.
He got the noa 2 and the hardcopy of our new case number from NVC about two weeks later and the embassy received our case in December.By the time the embassy had our case he had request a letter of deployment from someone high in his chain of command.we did not get this till last week.He sent a letter to request expansion on our noa 2's approval date but low and behold,UPS lost it.So long story short,he gave his part of packet 3 to a friend to mail it for him and the friend has gone MIA and I have a feeling that this packet will get lost just like the letter.
So here I am,being as miserable as I have ever been in my whole life, waiting on an email from embassy to see if we can fax another letter to request expansion cause thats literally our last hope.
I am risking my sanity and health over something so stupid.I can not go through this whole process again consider how the quality of the service USCIS is offering is getting lower and lower every single day,but that might be the last resort.
I guess the moral of the story is...don't worry if you're past the three months mark and your petition hasn't been approved, just pray to dear lord and St.Jude that you don't get in a situation like mine, cause you'll look back at USCIS days and laugh at it.
PS:If you are going to comment and suggest that I give up or find another spouse, save it,cause I have had with rude and bitter comments from members who are already done with this process.
Hello Ygr! I will just call you the way i used to call you. Im so sorry to hear all these. I actually cried the moment i read this bcoz i can feel how you feel and I've been following your journey. The packet 3 is all about you anyway. The packet 3 is just an instruction. Please folow this link that might help you. http://turkey.usembassy.gov/media/pdfs/k1k2_instructions_101510.pdf I really wish to be able to help you.

Do I have to fill out i-134 application to?
Yes, you have to fill out I-134 and your Co-sponsor need to fill out the I-134 as well along with the evidences like pay stabs, letter from employer, bank statements, W2 and Tax transcript. Goodluck!!
You can do it! -
Hello VJs. This is a quick question for all those who done their interview. Is the Form I-134 notarized? Thanks in advance.
No need. The second part of my I-134 (that shows the petitioner's signature) is not original actually bcoz the actual form that I got was expired and I just asked my fiance to scan and send me.

Well thats good to hear for people that doesnt know. I dont have a lot of time to look and read online and I probably missed it. When I tried to register on IRS.com, it asked for my credit card number and I'm kind of leery to do it and I think I assumed that it was for payment. Thank you everyone for your inputs!
