      I filed on March 18th and received my NOA today! Yes I am working plus we have moved to a city & bought a house closer to my husbands kids so I have been very busy! How about you?

      Still waiting on approval, hopefully soon! I started working 4 weeks after I got my green card and have been at the same school since then. We've started a business (skywardhobbies.com) so that keeps us very busy :)

    So got a response from the Senator's office that USICS is going to send my card to production(on Feb4th) still no card after 10days!! Does it really take that long?

      Maybe try a tier 2 operator. Once you get past all the questioning...ask for a tier 2 operator. They know more about your case than the tier 1. The hold time can be long...but worth it. Good luck!

    Recieved an e-mail from USICS in reponse to my service request for Green Card on Nov12th...they said that card is in production & allow 90 days for delivery!! LOL How long does it take to make a card & mail it?!?! I was approved in June it is now almost Dec ppl!!!!!

    So as of tomorrow the 30days until they were suppose to mail me my GC will have come & gone! So I guess I need to make another phone call...I was hoping not to have to be annoyed & call USICS agian! Oh well this is how the whole process has been for us...why would this be different!!! LOL

    Okay...so annoyed with USCIS...still no green card delivered to me..and now my licence is being suspended bc of it!!!! WHY does everything with them be so hard?!?!?!?!

      oh my gosh, how frustrating...why would they suspend your lic? isn't your AP/EAD sufficient? There is so much bureacratic baloney..

    YAY!! Finally got an e-mail saying they made a descision and I checked the website this morning and it's says Descision now instead of Intitial Review!!!!! How long until I get GC??

      I just rec'd I-797C Notice of Action, my AOS has been approved, Welcome to USA. I should receive my New Resident Card within 3 weeks.

    Called USCIS again and filed a request (My case is over the 180 days of normal processing) so now I wait to hear from them!! LOL
