Called USCIS again and filed a request (My case is over the 180 days of normal processing) so now I wait to hear from them!! LOL

So called USCIS and she said it should be one more month to hear anything!! So maybe I will have my GC by my b-day in June!!! LOL

GC is being processed at the California service center, I believe. When you apply for AOS and EAD/AP all together they "seem" to approve the EAD/AP first then move on to look at approving GC (this is generally the case) from my understanding!! I hope that helps explain it. How are things going in your neck of the woods?

I called and was told that my case is still under review and that within 180 days of being tranfered they will have a decision! So I have about 1 more month to wait, then hopefully the GC will appear!! If not I will be calling to BUG them!! Good Luck

Good hearing from you. Still job hunting but no success yet..visit still in CAN once and awhile on special ocasions. At my Bio the guy asked me if I approved of the pic too! It's nice to chose

So I have taken 2 trips across into Canada with AP and had no problems...Now to find a job is another problem, going to go back to school in Feb to get a BA in Pschology!!

4 more days until I use the AP/EAD card to cross the border for Christmas Eve dinner with my family! Nervous to use it, I know that's paranoid!!

Just checked the mail and was excited to see the EAD/AP combo card!!! Yeah, now I just need to find a job in this one horse town!! LOL

Just checked USICS site and The AP has been approved( Post decision Activity)then the EAD said(Card/Document Production) so wonder how long it will take to get them?? Super excited!!

So our case has now been transfered on to the next step!!

The RFE response is still being reviewed by USICS hoping they send it off soon!!

So apparently the "main" reason for the RFE is USCIS is thinking since my husband works in Canada, that he is not the same person that filed for K1 as the AOS person!! They are confused for his income for 2010 is completely in Canada and not both like when we orginally filed!!! Ugg so we have to come up with proof he is one in the same. LOL

Such a bonehead mistake, I hate my lawyer he has cost us so many RFE over stupid things. But he was already paid in full so we had no choice but to go with him until AOS is done! -
Just recieved an RFE from USCIS and will deal with the simple mistake and send it out 1st thing in the morning!!! UGGGGGGG
Hopefully soon though!!
1st one was on 23rd together with AP approval and 2nd one was on 30th. I have received them as combo today. I think you will get it today or tomorrow too.
