You can send in packet 3 before your medical. The checklist is ds 2001

All the forms you need is on the us embassy website. I have never recieved packet 3 but sent all the forms, with photos attached to ds 156. They processed all my ds forms yesterday, all qualified, i have paid the visa, just awaiting my medical results.

Juts to let you know, we rang NVC today and they say our packet 3 has been processed and all my documents qualified. They are just awaiting my medical results and then interview around end jan, feb time.

If people actually did there homework and read what it says on the offical us london embassy website then they wouldnt get all worked up about real information that is true.

K Visa Applicants pay the fee to the Operator Assisted Information Service prior to attending the visa interview. Instructions concerning payment will be sent to you with the appointment letter

I shouldnt have to prove myself if its from the embassy website

yeah thats what we have done and a few others, we sent in all the ds forms and checklist. Plus you have to pay the visa fee and have your medical results back before they give you an interview. But its really up to you.....

Also there are running behind on packet 3, they recieved ours on 7th december and still nothing, but i have already sent off all the docs for packet 3 and paid the visa fee by ringing the premium number. Hope the info helps you

Yes you can book your medical as long as you have police certificate.

Instructions for completing the electronic DS-156

Complete the form on-line by filling in the applicable data fields. Fill in the form as completely as possible leaving blank only those fields that do not apply in your case. If a field is completed incorrectly, a message will advise you on who to correct the entry.

Review the information you have entered for accuracy.

Press the Continue button at the end of the form and wait while the system processes your data and transfers it to a 3 page DS-156 form with a special bar code on page 3. Failure to click on the Continue button will result in an incorrectly formatted application form.

Print the form after it is returned to you and date and sign it

The barcode that prints on the 3rd page contains the information you entered and will help us process your application more quickly.

Pages 1, 2 and 3 with the 2-D bar must be furnished when applying for the visa.

Do not complete blank or unprocessed data input forms by hand. Unprocessed data input pages or data input pages completed by hand will not be accepted.

ONCE YOU GET YOUR LND NUMBER YOU CAN BOOK YOUR MEDICAL. YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE YOR POLICE CERTIFICATE AS WELL.

WHERE DO WE PUT OUR CASE NUMBER ON THE FORMS ON PACKET 3?

MY MEDICAL IS BOOKED FOR 17TH DECEMBER YAY.

GETTING CLOSER.

WE GOT OUR NOA2 ON 18TH NOVEMBER AND WE RANG NVC TODAY AND THEY SAY THE HAVENT RECIEVED YET, WHICH I GUESS CAN BE NORMAL BUT THEY ASKED FOR A CASE NUKBER WHICH WE DONT HAVE SO DO WE GIVE OUR WAC NUMBER OR MY OWN NUMBER ABOVE MY NAME.

ALSO ANOTHER THING WHICH I GUESS IS NORMAL IT STATES ITS BEEN FORWARDED TO MY EMBASSY ON THE NOA2 AND ANY VISA QUESTIONS TO RING THEM. ITS STILL GOES THROUGH THE NVC CENTRE FIRST?

I KNOW THIS WILL HAVE BEEN ANSWERED LOADS BUT I COULDNT FIND SORRY

We just recieved our NOA2 dated 18 november too. So Happy, Thanks for all the help so far and to everyone one still waiting you are not far behind. We didnt have any touches either
