You dont book an interview they give you one. As soon as you get LND number get your medical sorted, get all docs for packet 3 and ds 2001 checklist done and send it in. It took us 7 weeksfrom packet 3 to interview, and pay the fee on the expensive phone line

Got my K1 visa in hand today, only took 3 days to process. So happy.

I went for my interview yesterday, they asked for the w2 and 1040's, but take as much as you can, just be prepared they can ask you for anything.

Im taking my 2010 to interview they just say if you dont have they wont ask for it till April 2011, they will want to see your previous year. They will accept it if you have it.

This question is doing my head in, i cant seem to get the right or wrong answer? Has someone been to the interview with a 1040 and had it signed or not. She cant get transcripts as its 2010.

I had mine in december, you have to have your police certificate and also your vaccination records from doc, you need mmr and tdap boosters if not had within past ten years.

Because people have had them rejected for not signing. It's an easy thing to do.

I'm concerned about you saying she "printed off the W2". That's something you photocopy from the W2 mailed by the employer, not print off TurboTax. Just wanted to make sure that's what you're getting. What you provide for immigration has nothing to do with e-filing. It must be a paper return that would be exactly like one mailed in to the IRS which is signed on page 2. That would include Form 1040, and any schedules like Schedule A, B, C, D...anything called FORM XXX or SCHEDULE X, but nothing called "worksheet". Those are extra TurboTax generated pages. AND of course a photocopy of the W2 as it came from the employer...that is often the size of 1/4 of a normal piece of computer paper.

She gets it from her employer electronically, so she has printed from her employer homepage, she does not receve a phyisical copy anymore.

She has done e-filling turbo tax and printed off the w2 and 1040, you dont sign to send it to irs as its done online so why would she sign it and send it to me, not anywhere on the internet does it say sign your copy that you print.

We have a co sponsor, so she should send me the form again and sign 1040's printed offline?

Just a quick one, i have been sent the i 134 form and fiancee earned 11768 but on her 1040 it says 11707 but on w2 it says 11768 she put 11768 on i 134, the 60 dolla diff is for her 401k, will this be a problem

Our noa2 took 129 days then 71 to interview

We did it the normal way we sent packet 3 on 8th dec and it qualified on 23rd, we got interview in 5 weeks 28th jan

Assoon as we got LND numberi booked medical. I have never received packet 3 even though they say they sent. I sent all my forms for packet 3 a week after they had my case. I also paid the visa fee aswell. They got my case on 4th of decemberand i sent packet3 on 8th. Its all been processed and my forms qualified justwaiting on inteview. If need any advice on forms just drop me a line. Good luck on your journey!

I have never received packet 3, you ring the NVC and they give you information about how your application is going.

We rang them last week and they have received my packet 3 and all quailified. We rang yesterday and im in admin processing so im hoping they have my medical results and are getting ready to give me interview date.
