I saw 2 files got approved dated oct 14 , 2 files before me ,I hope we will be next , !! but I wonder why earlier files didn't approve yet , and yet they jump on that 2 files , sigh I hope they will approve ours also .......

Dear VJS,

I am so excited today, My wife called up USCIS yesterday stating that its almost 5 months since we moved I-130 Petition... she checked on the system and she said that system show that they have looked into our application and we have cleared all our checks.... She mentioned that we should be hearing something in within next 2 weeks.

I checked today and it shows that our application has been touched today... Hopefully we hear from them soon. I am excited and also bit nervous, hope everything goes well.

Some good news - in one of the other 2000 threads about CSC, I just read of a May 28th NOA1 getting their approval today! Hopefully that will get the ball rolling with more approvals tomorrow!

My fiance e-mailed their congressman and they response quickly , would that be a good sign for our noa2 ? even just a lil help? thanks atleast It gave us another hope that we will have it soon enough , right ?

A little bit of discouraging news I got from the call center today regarding CSC:

I called and spoke to a representative named Christian. At first he didn't give me any more information than I could get from checking status updates online, and he was clearly just reading standard answers to me from his computer screen. I explained the situation and tried to press him for a little bit more information. He then told me that CSC was currently working on cases dated April 16th. I believe someone else here on VJ had called and got the exact information and posted it here about 1-2 weeks ago, which if that information is correct it means they basically haven't progressed *at all* in the last couple of weeks. He also said to expect a wait of at least another 42 days! I don't know if he meant that our case wouldn't be looked at for another 42 days or not to expect an approval for another 42 days...I should have asked but at that moment I was nearly in tears.

My gawd this is killing me. Our NOA1 was dated May 27th. I know we all need to wait our turn and it will happen when it happens, but

Hello fellow May filers! How are we all doing on the waiting game? I haven't seen any approvals for May (or any other approvals for that matter). I'm on my 4th month waiting, 1 more month to go. Do some of you have any good news to share? Are we all just still waiting or have some been approved and not just updating their timelines?

THough csc is the dept processing my papers , It seems like nvc and csc arent approving yet any may filers , but I can feel it is very soon because they are touching april files last month , Hope they will approve our papers first and not jump on the other month , because I think may filers are just very few , Anyway good luck for all of us , Hope we will finish soon so other months will be approve also before the 5th month came ..

hi vjers all junior and seniors member today iam so happy because my wife call me and told me that our noa2 approved thanks god after long 11 month and 10 days of waiting so iam request all those vjers and members of the forum who is wating for their noa2 please dont loose your patience and be strong and just stay cool and dont panic and one day (inshallaha) you all got yours noa2 soon and my prayers for all those members who is wating for thier noa2 ( allaha) god may help all of us

I know things tend to slow up this time of year. also FYI sometimes that USCIS web page doesnt change ever there was a time when people where getting the NOA2 and there status didnt change on the website nor did they get email or txt. They were just getting there NOA2 hardcopy in the mail. so hang in there your time is coming GOOD LUCK

Hello all... Accordign to the timeline, Visas with a NOA1 date of July 2, 2010 are being processed. I am one of the lucky June filers, and still havent received anything. USCIS website still says our case hasne been touched since July.. Just curious if anyone is having similiar experiences and if others have received an email/text notification from USCIS or their actual NOA2, then what their filing date was. Thanks so much for everyones help and input!

My NOA 1 date is June 29th and I haven't heard anything yet, but I wouldn't panic though, it seems that most of the May filers have received their NOA2 approval, so I'd think the June filers will start to get approval anyday now.

I still haven't received mine until now .. ;-(

im incredibly,beyond words stressed,i cant even read interview experiences without having trouble breathing or sweaty palms.just like the rest of us i just want this over with.

there is no actual info on ucsic website about out of norm cases,the ones that took so long.so i dk whether or not cases go longer than five months without an answer because of the slow speed csc has or because of RFEs.

It's just so funny , because I really can feel you ygr , Same here , I am so much eager to read interview experiences but when I am about to start I feel anxious ..... so I did I just bookmarked it and then decided to read it when I will already get my approval , haha ! I really couldn't define the feeling of waiting and feeling as if it'll be forever .. everyday I am on this site and everyday I am checking our case status , but it only frustrates me .. It's so funny I tried to skipped for 2 days just to surprised myself and thought of maybe after those days when I opened the site the decision has been made , ahahahaays .... but let's just think that it's really only a matter of time , .. It's all worth the wait but to miss him like this ..... RArrraa .....

My Ken called the uscis again they said that they are working on april 16th files , and that if our case is not approved by october 28th i can call back and they will have the officer who is working our case call me back, but they cant do that until october 28th .........

Yea , Lincoln , Anyone please someone think of something fun to do so we can get our mind off waiting!!
