      Thanks, another couple right behind my wife also approve but their visa didn't come, but they are K-1 visa.

      Hey can you help me with a quick questions... I was told by the lawyers to photocopy all our EOR docs (phone records, plane tickets, traveling docs.. etc.) and drop off both sets (original and photocopies) during the document drop off day? Is that necessary? Thanks!

      Just drop off one even then they only collect the medical report, tax info, 2 other things. They will or might look at the day of interview. If you still have a chance all that proof (phone pictures email etc) send it now. Original is always better but photocopies works the same dealing with proof.

      My fiancee says that she would be more than happy to help your wife with any questions concerning the medical exam. We had the same issues with the medical as you and the results were negative.

    Called NVC and they told me, I will be getting a case number soon for EP..by next week...lets see what happens

    AOS fee shown as PAID, now waiting for the IV fee to show up

    Just paid my AOS fee of $88 bucks, and sent my Electronic E-filling option. And now waiting for the IV fee to show up

    No, news yet just the first NOA a long time ago. I am guessing maybe ending of next month then I will call. By then it will be 4 months, I think a little to early for anything yet. How bout you?

    Yes you can Go Giants!!!!! once your get the NOA1 sign up a account on the USCIS website, unless you did that already.
