      Sometimes it takes awhile. If you have confirmation they got your petition, you will get the NOA.

      Ohhh be patient a few more days, it can take 10 days. If you're already impatient like this for NOA1… you will get crazy after 2 weeks for NOA2!!!

My fiance and I is on process of applying for K1 visa,so let's say most of the time it's 5mos waiting period to be approved (if there is no problem at all) but my fiance is planning to move in another place (same state) because he just want to make sure when I get there we have our own place.   6. Hello everyone,my fiance is starting to process the application for K1 visa. I just want to know and make sure of everything I need to send him, aside from Form G325A,passport photos,letter of intent to marry, I have all of those ready!! What else is missing??       Hi Melissa! Welcome to VJ! I'd suggest checking out some of the guides at the top of the page. There is a flowchart and checklist up there somewhere. They are great sources of info! :)

  7. Question: Is it okay that during interview I only have the copy of birth certificate and a copy of divorce certificate? Is that okay even I dont have the original ones?? Thank's need help!

      is better if you get the original, of what you sent already

      beneficiary's BC should be original... divorce decree from the petitioner can be a copy only...=)

  9. hello everyone! there is changes in Singapore government that they no longer issue a police clearance to non-singaporean. But it is one of the requirements if you worked/live there for at least six months. My question is,would be the US embassy here in the Philippines is informed for this changes? Please help!! Thank you in advance..

      Hi, I think we were in the same forum discussing this earlier. Same situation. Still no clear answers. Hopefully someone will figure this out and tell us here. I suspect this will be like the case for other countries that don't provide the documents...we just have to provide documents showing that the clearance isn't available. If they don't provide it, we can't show it. Just that simple. I hope it's that simple...Good luck to us.
