I just cant believe it takes over 2 years to security check background not even touch my case or nothing. what do u think of us? we are criminal? Why cant u just tell us whats wrong with my case ? instead keep us waiting for nothing. Why u give us hard time and we didnt do nothing. And there is no way it takes over 2 years for security check background.

i just cant believe my case I129f it takes over 2 years havent touch or look at my case number. I am tired of getting ahold of people not helping us. Why other people not hard to get thier visa? I cant i? they always say havent done my secuirity check background, what do u think me and fiance are criminal? Why cant u just tell us whats the problem? instead keep us wait longer for nothing.

hello Evil yes i am still waiting for NOA2, I cant believe it i waiting this long time for nothing. Dont even ask any eveidence or more informations. I talked to someone Shireff police office and ask how long does it takes to check security check back? he said 1-2months. I said i am waiting for almost 2 years, he said its wierd.

How long does it takes checking the background " Initial Review'' ? Is there anyone here and give us advise what to do, We tried as we can send letter and follow up our application I-129F even though the secreatary of Senates in Missouri try to help us but nothing happen. its been 15 months my application is pending as the stage of INITIAL REVIEW. Need Help

have uscitizen petition call into USCIS, get a Tier 2 Human, an ISO - see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5 for how to call. you need to ask for 1) case status 2) location of file 3)verify petitioner postal address . Good Luck !

We file a I-129f we got noticed on August 26 2009 that they recieved our petition and for 11 months nothing happen by April 16 2010 they said they were transfering our petition of california to Vermont Service Center. I live from Missouri they said Vermont has case now they not tell us why they moved it to Vermont its been 11 months now they not ask us or anymore information. So we are wanting to know whats going on? we tryed to call many times but nothing happen...
