      hi sis maganda.. yeah im a CR1 .. yun nga din alam ko NVC ang mag-set ng sched namin but pwede rin naman daw namin ipa re-sched.. :)

    hi again you guys...question ulit. once natangap na us embassy yung papers namin papadalhan na ba ng packet 3 or packet 4. at yung mga ds forms na dapat fill up. kailan ba ako makakatangap ng mga packet 3 or packet 4. alam ko lahat ng packet na ito sa akin at ako yung magfill up. pero when lang ako makaktangap nito at mga instruction. kapag ba tumawag na kami para sa appointment sa interview doon lang magpapadala sila instruction. thanks again ...

      sis, yes.kapag natanggap ng Manila USEM yung file nyo, they will send you an eligibility letter(Packet 3).Darating yun kahit hindi ka pa magpasked,tulad ng nangyari sa kin..But i suggest dont wait for it.Pasked ka na once me mnl case number ka na at napasok na file nyo sa system.

      it wil take 2 to 3 weeks bago mo matannggap ang letter kaya wag mo nang hintayin,Pasked ka na..Alam mo ba itong letter na to, one page lang.Buti pa nga yung andun sa link kasi andun lahat nakalagay mga docs na kakailanganin sa interview.Sa letter link lang ang binigay.

    so we got our noa2 and we call in nvc on march 8 and my fiance told me he got the case number and our documents have been ship on monday to manila. and i told my fiance that its ok to pay the bpi which is 350 even we havent received a letter from nvc but talked to their customer service and our files has been sent to manila. now my question is their will be letter that he will from NVC. I will not be receiving this letter but only ny fiance in the U.S. Also does he needs to make copy of that...

      yes... ur fiance will gonna receive that nvc letter notice containing ur manila case no. and yes he can make a scan copy of that letter and send it to u...

    question uli sa i-134 ano ba ang tamang sagot sa question 11 tungkol sa i intend. at tamang comment ilagay sa ilaalim ng question 11...gusto nya ilagay check yung I intend at comment nya ay "without limitations". marami kami nakita nilalagay nila sa comment "N/A (K1 visa process for permanent residence" and either walang checkmark sa i intend or do not intend box at yung iba may check na i do not intend with the N/A comment...which is which is the right on this question 11 or...

      Hello Maganda...Thank you...So 2007 thru 2009 transcript ng "Wages and Income" ok na yung. how about yung 2010 nya kailangan ko ba yung dahil di pa sya nagfile ng 2010. pero electronic filing ang gagawin nya sa tax preparer nya. so bali may record sya pero eletronic filing. usually pag electronic filing need nya signature doon sa ITR for 2010 or send nya lang as is....

      sis, tanungin mo si terezze kasi transcript din yung pinakita nya.And wala namang naging problema dun.Downloaded nga lang yun directly from onlione yung sa kanya..so i think ok lang yun kahit walang signature..

    is it ok ay to pay the 350 now habang sent nn nvc yung papers namin sa us embassy sa manila. also ano ba tama copy lang paystub or original ba and dapat same thing sa w2. pwede lang ba xerox copy or lahat original ng w2. tracnscript mula sa IRS nakuha nya na pero from 2007 thru 2009 lang. di pa sya nagfile ng 2010.. dapat ba kasama yung 2010 kasi april pa ang deadline sa filing ng income tax. kaya di pa nya enifile pa. king efile na kaya nya mas ok diba. ano ba ang right yung transcript lang ...

      hi corilene.. so dapat magfile na sya. ok lang kung efile..electronic filing ang gamit nya. so kukuha nalang sya ng records ng 2010 na nagfile sya ng 2010.

      sis pwede ka nang magbayad ng visa fee.Mas ok na maaga upang maactivate kaagad yung fee mo..U only have to show ur passport and give them a copy of it.Kata go ka na.Para makapagsked ka na.para mahabol mo ang APril 6
