      Yep just one charge. Crime of Moral Turpitupe and now we have to file a 601 waiver and write a hardship letter and come up with $585 and pray that it is approved.

      it was 25mb i believe before we got it reduced. had a joint sponsor and basically sent the same things from him as myself.

    I just called NVC to see if they have received our case. We got NOA2 last 3/24. The operator said they don't have our case yet. How long did it take for you to get a MNL Number from NVC?

      I got my NOA on 3/16 but we are still waiting for our case number as well. I called today and they said they have it, but it's not in the system yet. Hang in there!

    Hi Guys!Help again..I've been at the photoshop to have my photo passport size(US standard) But the personnel at the shop ask me If they will be using a "MATTE photo paper or GLOSSY photo paper".I was so confused about that.Is there a specific paper to be use??

      Yep! Mailed off at 1:30pm today. I am nervous too, especially in regards to my marriage certificate copy. But the process needs to start sometime right? LOL keep me posted on your first touch!

      I would think that if it's "REQUIRED" it would be all over the outlines, but maybe it's just "preferred". I'm sure it's not easy for a lot of people to do that. =/

      This, too, is a question I had for myself as well (except Spousal related!). The guide only says "Beneficiary" but most stories I read have both parties at the interview. I think we ought to post on the forums and find out!! (Most people won't see your status, and therefore you might not get any input!)
