We called 1 day after our 5 months was up

Yes we did, by the grace of God. My wonderful Fiancee had to fight for it though. If nothing else, please get Octav to call and put in a service request...... We ended up putting in a service request, contacting Senator and congressman to follow up on our case, e-mailed VSC, USCIS Headquarters and even the Ombudsman. I hope yours comes soon, but please be pro-active about reaching your goal.

We hope that it won't be far away now. Just so ready to move on to the next stage.

Crystal is taking the day off on friday, to see what she can do to convince them to process our petition. I will let you know how she gets on. This waiting is just getting ridiculous. We have waited our 5 months USCIS, just give us our NOA2 already......Oh, and i totally understand about the weight gain, me too. we are just existing rather than living at the moment....Hang in there

Let me guess. Did they say that they were working on July 24th? I have learned that they only update the current processing date once a month, in the middle of the month. Did you get to talk to a tier 2 Immigration officer when you called? If you are over the processing time then they should be able to put in a service request, but it seems that you have to fight for it to be done.....
