    just notified of an interview on MARCH 16 - so excited but no way we'll have our papers ready!!! Need to postpone the interview!

      I know someone who recently had the same situation with Lima and they emailed the embassy and asked for a later date....they were given two weeks, which was not enough time, so they gave it another 2 weeks. You can go for the interview...but they you will need to go back and give the docs then wait for the visa.
