  1. hello to all seems like we all have the same issue the waiting game...igors list is what i use to give me some sanity and just comparing time lines..so far its been 90 days for us and just waitin like everybody else but i see that csc is really tryin to move quick there at the date of dec 13 so i think its movin along but i have seen some lucky ones that slipped thru quick go figure but i guess the time waitin helps with getting all other paperwork together and readin up and other questions that come to our minds..good luck to all and remember just a day at a time and dont hang yourself up on the process it goes by on its own time...

  2. good morning to all..i would think your coming close and should jump start to get everything together..i been looking at vj igors list and csc is on dec 13 date so i think any day now for you but i have seen also cases already with jan start dates and already have noa2 go figure i dont know really how usics does there k-1 visas etc but i think its just a lottery of luck hopefully theres no rfe that would cause a temp delay but would be a good thing cause at least we would know that there at least looking at our petitions...so for now all we can do is look at the list and become vj junkys lol good luck in your journey and everybody elses journey too a reminder to all please update your time lines it gives everybody hope

  3. congrats on your engagement...if your just starting get all of your paperwork together which could take a week or two make a money order or cashier check or personal check out for 355 and send it to dallas overnite if possible and then begins the waiting game long agonizing months but at the end its all gonna be worth it...you gotta meet the poverty guide lines if not start working on getting a co-sponsor..to my knowledge the total process can take up to six months if no issues make sure you check your paperwork twice all signitures etc..but i have seen cases that do happen fast so i kinda think its a lottery of sorts ??? i just saw igors list today and a couple started theres in feb and just got there noa2 dammm lucky...just read up as much as you can this site has a lot of good info and you can always click on embassy info to get info for interview good luck in your visa journey

  4. my two cents the goverment has way too many issues and immigration is one of them thats why many dont do things the right way cause it takes a lot of time and patience belive it or not we are on the right track our loved one will come to the united states the right way and not be scared of immigration and have rights..keep in mind the goverment is never broke they get paid every week out of our salaries and plus the money they collect out or every case here on vj if they shut down a couple of weeks big deal we are already set back some months and it will take an extra couple of months but if we waited this long a little more aint gonna hurt...plus for those that are stressed about it leave it alone your gonna lose sleep etc or somthing that the goverment cant afford to be down too long it will cause more damage to the economy..so people dont make yourself suffer with polotics or the news you will go nuts relax and remember when this all said and done it was worth the wait hopefully we chose the right person to be our wife or husband?????

  5. i know i still have possibly a long wait ahead of me but i sent my 129f in mid jan.but a question to anybody that can help? i was lookin at igors list trin to figure out what month usics is workin on and i see that there were also some unaccepted applications that go month by month ours want on there so does that mean so far so good no rfe ect..shed some light please at this piont we are at itnital review for about the last two months and no word at all..thanks to all and to this site it has been very helpful and good luck to all that are in the same boat...

  6. hello to all soon i will be in juarez but to my knowledge once you get the ok for visa they send it too dhl which is a delivery service for immigration and in juarez mexico only to what i read there are two locations there you choose which is closer to you i dont think they send it to where you would like anyways its kinda better to get it at juarez dhl cause if they misspell anything you gots to go all the way back to juarez to fix the issue..when our time comes to go juarez im alreay getting ready to stay there about a week or two...i dont want tooo but theres no other choice we traveling 16 hours to get there

  10. im in the begin steps of the 129f just really tryin to be a step ahead of my self with info..my fiancee soon will go to juarez i think its the only place in mexico that caters to 129f.. my fiancee has a daughter that already has a visa to travel will she have to go to interview and exams..i did add her to the 129f paperwork since shes 13years old i know that her exam results will take 3-5 days and im really not looking forward to go to juarez with all the voilence going on there i was mind set at average 3-4 days in juarez..but i also read somewhere here on vj that the visas are no longer same day..they mail it to you aweek later any info is gladly appreciated guys just tryin to find some light in this immigration tunnel thank you and good luck in your visa journey toooo....

  11. oh well just gots to get prepared i guess...that 350 hurts but its well worth it in the end, they shoulndt or hope they dont charge me another 350 for my daughter as for my daughters medicals im gonna have to figure out what to do cause im flying in to be with my fiancee but my days are gonna be very limited and to wait 4-5 days i dont think i will be able too unless i plan to change jobs or i get fired...do i the petioner have to be at the interview i know its to support my fiancee and my daughter and it might give us better leverage at the interview but it seems very hard with people on my job getting laid off and me being dept supervisor i dont think i well get off any ideas and thank you for your input just tryin to stay a step ahead

  12. are you sure you aren't thinking of the 350$ new fee for the interview?

mmmhhh i think thats probaly what it is then???? i was under the immpresion that it was for medical exams..so i would guess its just a one time 350 fee that would cover my fiancee and daughter for interview.aside would be cost for exams those cost have stayed the same or have risen as well??? one other question if any body knows my daughter is 13 i understand that she will have to go for exam as well but can it be done with her moms at the same time and get the results at the same time or for childeren is it different???thank you all that answer and wishing good luck to all of you with your visa journey

  13. hi there thank you for stopping by and helping me on this one my fiancee is in mexico hopefully soon going over there for interview just trying to figure out how much should i take with me to cover all the fees i read somewhere on vj that the fees have gone up drasticly 350.00 for exams???since my fiancee has a child of 13 years old would she pay the same and would we get results same day as well any info is appreciated just tring to figure things out before it becomes a bag of surprises or nightmares thank you have a great day and good luck to you in your visa journey tooo..
