  1. yes finger prints can be done in juarez evrything is set up in walking distance medical one building ..asc another building interview another builing..its really all self explandatory once you start the process everything works hand in hand..dont worry so much just take it step by step

  2. first we did the ds260 then with the conformation you go to another website and set up the asc appiontment and the dhl location of your choice even if you guys decide to stay in juarez to wait for visa you have to choose pick location of dhl..on that website it will tell you next available date for interview appiontment..or u can even do it all over the phone and they will give you first available date....for the medical you need no appointment just be there at a certain time frame in the mornings and no latter than 11 am..the asc you must do it before interview appointment at least a day or two before interview and asc is the fingerprints  and one more thing if there are any childeren that are comeing along under the age of 14 they go for medical and must get a t.b shot and the results from that shot take about 3 days....

  3. hello out there in visa journey land u got your noa2 congrats...your almost there now everything goes faster..ds260 done on line for each apllicant send and print the complete conformation..ds156 done on line as well but download and print 2 copys per applicant..ds156k also print on line and copy..to complete ds 260 u will need invoice number and a benficary number if you look in the archives u will find it it starts with 1-603...once you get ur cdj number you can start right away just make sure you have all paperwork complete they do set up interview rather quick..theres no need to wait for packet three some never get it in mexico...good luck in your journey

  4. hello out there in visa journey land this forum is awesome..me and my fianccee were just talking about this subject last nite..and we were on the same plan civil marriage and a little get together no big plans or huge wedding... with the k-1 visa its really hard to put any plan in motion theres no time frame..im glad im not the only one with that type of answer saying they were to ask at interview?? i would hate to see thats a first???on immigration officers face then get denied  our interview is on tuesday so you bet the nerves and emotions are startin to run on high gear...but thanks to this posting it gave me some insight and i think i rather start doing the other half of this process asap cause i think shes gonna go crazy noy being able to work and seeing that it could be 3-6 months...seeing that im at the interview stage i just realized this is the half piont...or half time if you wanna call it..take abreak celebrate and get back in motion good luck to all and may all your visa journey dreams come true...god bless

  5. congrats on ur noa2...your almost there u can wait for packet three but some in mexico never get it..my fiancee never got it..once u get cdj case number u can start everything ds260..ds156...ds156k..everything can be done on line..you can also go to embassy portal up above and get consulate info..just to let u know for the ds260 you will need a invoice number to start form and a benificary number to complete it..there is a phone number that you can call te get it i found in the visa journey archives it starts with 1-603..have your birth dates handy and case number..every thing else is pretty much common sense.im also using a co-sponsor and i coulnt find much info on cosponsors so i made my sister do all the same that i had to do for mines..you and cosponsor each must have i-134..and all the other paper work..another big fat folder...our interview is next tuesday my fiancee is already in juarez mexico..and they do set interview rather quick so make sure you have all ur paperwork i-134 complete cause if your gonna send it threw fed-ex or something u need extra time to make sure it gets there on time..and to gather all other things it might take a week or two as well..im not able to make it to interview so im really biteing my nails,we filled out forms jan 3 and the 17th is interview i was shocked..if you have any questions just let me know i will be more than happy to try to help...other than that this site is awesome it has helped since day one..tons of great info...and tons of great people to help and with great input..thank you visa journey and to all in visa land

  6. hello out there in visa journey land...one thing i learned in this process be patient that anything can happen and set backs are possible..we are in there hands..igors list is a great tool to look at but by no means accurate..i have seen people lucky that within 4 months there at the interview..i have seen some get rfe and from that point a mjor set back..get your mind prepared for a min time frame of 6 months from date sent of 129f..study this site its awesome you might wanna go to your country potral to get familiar with the embassy your gonna be going too and get all of that paperwork together start getting i-134 stuff together once u get the noa2 it goes much faster good luck in everybodys journey

  7. i see your doing the k-1..you should have or be getting your cdj#...the next step would be fill out ds260 on line print the conformation..set up interview appiontment with asc appointment and pay the 350.00 fee then ds156 and ds156k..petioner usally will get the letter with all the web sites..and dont forget about the i-134...and to fill out the ds 260 your gonna need a invoice and benificary number if you do not have those numbers you can not start ds260 and you will not be able to finish that form if you do not have those numbers i found this phone 1-603-334-0700 have your case number with birth dates handy...good luck your almost there...and they do set up appointment quick so make sure u have almost all paperwork ready...we did everything jan 3rd and our appointment is the 17th...wish you guys the very best and to all in visa journey land

  8. congrats on ur engagement...and welcome to visa journey on this site you will find everything you need..you got questions you can get answers here..even looking into v.j archives this site is xcellent...when i started i was thinking the same attorney or no attorney if your case is simple you can save alot of money doing it yourself..dont think that haveing an attorney will speed anything up...its a long process and u must have alot of patience..all of the forms are pretty easy to fill out just recheck ur paperwork a couple of times u dont want to get a rfe...we did ours no attorney everything soooo far soooo good jan 17 is our interview...then comes part 2 her getting here and figureing out the rest of the process...good luck in your journey
