Thank you .. I am finding the strength to not look back. It's hard.. cause I did nothing to destroy this. So the WHY question keeps coming up.. But I am sure I will never understand why.. I know this.. I have a beautiful lil gift.. and that worth all of this. =) Thank you.. for having me in your prayers..

Well he's back in his country! sigh.... but at least he can walk freely now. =)

How are you doing? One thing to remember, at least your husband isn't worried about the whole thing now and neither are you, he is safely back in Belgium and free to walk and talk as he likes. I really wish you had been able to go there, it is a beautiful place and a great place to raise a family. Hopefully if you can get the hardship waiver you will be able to bring your husband back. Keep you chin up hun, thinking of you, hugs

We are getting through. Yes he is happy to be free, he has no place to go. So he has been on the streets, until i could get him money for a Hotel. Very expensive. I am looking into going to Canada, due to it is only 28 miles from my work. So Maybe he can come there, and we can live through this process. I don't know.. So i was looking at a small studio apartment, and letting my little one stay with his dad for a few months. I am still very close to him so its not like i am leaving him. I ...

I am alittle confused why we complain about the system, we help others when the system fails.. but we are also the first to assume that some where along the lines.. that someone MUST be embellishing the story. I came here.. and continue our conversation for help, advise, a different point of view.. cause i don't know it all.. but i don't come here to continuously defend our dumb, emotional, uneducated decisions. We fell in love before he came, he wanted to see how i live, make sure i ...

I'm ok.. we are in a crappy situation, and there is always this back lash over trying to portay how unjust this VWP is.. and our situation over his overstay. If i could have afforded to send him home.. i would have. .. sigh.. He deports in 2 days.. and i am cried out.. and im sick of hormones.. LOL I am just trying to figure out today.. if he has a ban, and if i have to save up for the NVC, and the I212 waiver.. just frustrated. How you are guys? =)
-
We're good hun, but you need to be taking care of yourself and that little life you have onboard. See if you can do a free consult with a lawyer, they will be able to tell you if your husband has a ban, I don't think he does, but vwp is a b!atch. As you have another kiddo and a new one on the way, you should be able to file a hardship waiver, again consult with the lawyer.
Keep your chin up and spend as much time with your husband as possible. I'm so sorry you guys...

Thank you very much!! God becomes more and more a part of my life. This journey sometimes will convince you to turn it over to god. Cause all you can do is believe that everything will turn out ok, and believe in that. Turn it over to god. Otherwise it will drive you crazy! Being seperated from your love like this.

Not good... !! found out today that his deportation paper states he will be impossed a 10 yr ban!!!!

I just hung up with the Deportation ICE officer she states that he is Scheduled for August 30th for deport. So he will be going back to his country after being held here for 9 wks!!! Poor man... all cause he loved an American woman. I feel so bad. She also clarified with me that due to Him being on the Wavier Program that HE COULD NOT VD due to his rights being waived. I am said to see him go... and i am happy at the same time. Due to he will be free!!
