      Nope... Just hung up with the ICE officer Deport is scheduled for Aug 30th. I would have liked to have the I-130 filed before then.. But having trouble with Bona fides

      Can't they allow him to depart on his own accord?

      No he can't come home. They will still deport him.. I am feelng fine ...little quizzy in the mornings. The next step is the I130 as soon as i get the certified marriage certificate.. He will be going next week sometime.. the ICE officer said i should take his bags to her office on Monday so i assume it's soon. They wont tell me a date.=(

    They MOVED HIM!!! We CAN Marry!!!!!!!!!!!!! This next week!!!!!! Can you believe it.. ICE moved him...THANKS for everyones blessing!!!!

      No waiting for everything to settle... won't be able to talk to the immigration guy at the facility until Monday.. i am hoping for the 22nd.. we will see. crossed fingers... =)

    ICE officer visited today.. states that they had his packet all ready to fly.. ICE office says in the system that they have stopped. hopefully someone slowed down the system for us. !!! keeping the faith

    Living so far is hard. Keeping the faith that this to shall pass, this isnt forever. That is what i have to believe
