my fiancé sent me the MNL case number and checked it online that my papers already in embassy since june 21 but as of today, I did not receive yet the hard copy of the visa instructions from US embassy of Manila waaaaaaa
you didn't need to wait for the instructions. it's all accessible online. go pay your visa fee and sched your interview. you're just wasting time waiting for something that will not come.
