The wife returned today from an extended trip to Colombia to care for her ailing mother. We completed the Biometrics today and within 2 hours card production for her EAD/AP was ordered.
Yes she did. We requested and got Emergency Advanced Parole and she stayed with her mother for 4 months. She now has an I-94 with an expiration date of 8/29/2012. Hopefully, we won't need all of that time.
