Yes he has to send you an invitation that he has had cached at their version of city hall. and it's not 100 anymore, it's 135 for the visa and 31 for the processing center you have to send it to unless you're going in person. they make you send 2 completeed applications, 2 passport phots, and 2 copies of the processing center form. almost as bad as immigration but a lot faster!

and yes i'm very excited! two months to go and i know they will fly by as will the days that i'm there but i try not to think about that...
