NVC received our case yesterday and it is going through "additional processing" which probably means they are checking to make sure CSC got it right this time...Leaving everything at the feet of our capable Lord.

after writing my status update...checked my status on USCIS and noticed that I now have and RFE!! What could it be ? They have everything imaginable...God's time is perfect...This I believe!

Back in USA...waiting for the assignment of the interview date. Plan to return to London when he has his interview as we will have to discuss the children's visas with the embassy...God's glory is to be seen through all of this...

Big week this week...custody hearing this week for children and should have some progress from USCIS by September 16th....God's will and timing...it is perfect. Busy getting things ready for our trip to London...fiance getting immunizations done with GP...will be scheduling his medical exam hopefully tomorrow...moving forward. Praying God will set everything in order for the children to come to the US with my fiance. All to God's glory

Called DOS again today to verify that case was at the embassy...you might guess...was told today that the embassy hadn't noted receipt of our case...When I questioned it again, the agent stated that they had alot of new people that have not been properly trained...WOW...so still waiting on God's great time...

Oh my goodness. This process would try the patience of a saint! Maybe they are just a bit behind in the "logging in" process. It took us an entire month to be scheduled with the Embassy, and about three weeks for them to say that they had our paperwork when Graham called. But the good news is....you are getting so CLOSE!! It's coming very soon.

Called DOS and was told we were assigned an interview date for February 10 at 8:30 am. Anyone have any helpful hints for that day? Is there parking available? What time should we be there? Come on my UK friends...send me those helpful hints.

Called DOS today...stated police certificate received on March 2...immigration officer said to call back everyday...Woohoo!! I got permission to bug the heck out of the DOS...Think I will...

Case being sent to Lagos on Wednesday...should reach embassy on Friday...have sent email to Lagos and requested that interview be set for sometime before May 7...Really hope that everyone can be home before school starts on August 1...God's hand will direct it all
