This is a judge who was removed from office In 2003 for refusing to remove a monument of the 10 Commandments in a government building. He clearly has no understanding of the constitutional concept of separation of church and state and deserves to be impeached and removed from office if he defies the Supreme Court on same-sex marriage.

I would have been much luckier if my wife had been able to move to Canada, with its actually affordable healthcare, human rights and cultural consideration that different doesn't mean evil. Unfortunately, we're stuck here until she finishes grad school. Then, hopefully, we'll be marketable enough to move to a country that has a single payer system.
Texas is no better than the rest of the US. And the rest of the US is on the same ranks on dozens of lists as many developing nations. How many lists does it have to be on before it actually counts as a developing nation and not a developed one? US supremacy is a myth, at best.

Isn't it great to see these people waste taxpayer money? I can't wait to see them start getting fired for failure to do their jobs. If they can't do their jobs, they need to resign.

Useless law. There was never any obligation for any clergy to officiate or otherwise participate when same sex couples get married. Political grandstanding is all that is. To get people like you excited - excited about nothing. It's what the "gold standard" did to some of the states in this nation. Yours being one of them.

Kentucky law only allows marriage licenses to be issued for fathers and daughters, mothers and sons, sisters and brothers, and with a sworn affidavit, and witnesses 1st cousins.

If your business cannot pay that wage while all others can, then you simply do not have a viable business.

And they'll have to want to be willing to break the law since that type of black market work where no taxes and FICA are paid is not exactly lawful. But hey, one has to make compromises, yes?

When people aren't paid fair wages, it costs EVERYONE money. End of story. Why are individual taxpayers helping to prop up dishonest multi-million dollar corporations?
