      En mi caso me pidieron que probara la relacion con mi hija, porque su padre no la registro al poco tiempo de nacer, entonces me pidieron la partida de bautismo, -ella no es bautizada catolica- entonces solicito fotos cronologicas donde aparezcamos las 2. con mi esposo no tuve problemas no me hicieron mayores preguntas, pero tuve conocimiento por otras personas que vi en la embaja y luego en el aeropuerto que tambien le pidieron lo mismo pero ellos si tenian la fe de bautismo,...

      we have the same question here dear, me and my hubby waited a long time almost a year now, next month is one year of our waiting for NOA2, I hope those people who handle our petition they feel same between husband and wife living far each other. It is very hurt when husband and wife not living in a one roof.

    OMG!! I received a letter in the mail from USCIS but i don't know what it is yet....can't wait to get home. I hope is NOA2!!!!!!! At least i got something in the mail!!!!

      Actually it wasn't, it was an Request For Evidence, I don't know what happened but they requested another G-325A, there is NO WAY i could have missed that one. They also requested another passport photo. :-S

      Good luck with the interview, we completed on 1/31 and on march 1 we were told the interview was scheduled for 4/13. Seemed like the embassy is backed up a month. I'm pulling for you to make the April interviews!!

      i just sent my IV packet too. It will be received tomorrow based on the tracking info i placed on it. Hope all works out well for you. I hope to get an interview date within Feb .. you think it's too soon?

      mmmm por lo menos pudiste viajar, yo sometí mi I-130 desde abril y desde entonces estoy en mi país sin poder regresar a ver a mi esposito en Colombia :( Como está la tierrita? Espero que el viaje les haya ayudado a recargar las pilas ;)

    Nana098 vi que le escribiste a Jenni que te pidieron el papel de bautismo de tu niña, bueno yo tengo una hija, pero el padre no es mi esposo actual por el que yo estoy pidiendo. Sera que pido una? ella nacio aca en Atlanta pero la bautize en Colombia. Que me aconcejas? Sera q pueden poner problema por eso?

    Thanks. I'm hoping for that too. i really want to have the interview next month. They closed our case feb 18th, i called the NVC monday and they said that they were not done scheduling interviews.I guess I have to wait until tuesday the 15th, thats when Colombia's US embassy web site posts the list.

    Hey, good luck with you DS-230 too. Well i'm hoping the interview is for next month, just because it's good to stay positive and call the things that you want to happen but on the realistic hand I think it would be too soon. I'm crossing my fingers though. ;-)

    I saw the question about the I-864. It took NVC 2 weeks to review it. They received it on the 10th of this month and last friday i check AVR and it said i had a RFE :-S

    Por cierto Jenni, deberias mandar tu pregunta al foro Colombian Club Part II lo encuentras en foros, luego en embassy, talvez ahi encuentres una respuesta mas rapido.
