But please also understand that as humans we tend to break down and get frustrated with the system. In this age of technology, it should really not take 1-2 years for the whole process. they should improve this system. hire more staff and invest in better resources.
Also we are not waiting for a few weeks, we are waiting for months and months and there seems no end to this.

When it takes 4-6 weeks to get case number, 4-6 weeks to get the invoices and another 4-6 weeks for review, add to it the misery of fake checklists and getting case complete, definitely all is not well.

This is definitely a false checklist. Call them and verify.

Agreed that they made the system online instead of paperwork. But what is the point of making it online if it takes 6 weeks to get a case number, 4 weeks to get the invoice bill. Where is the efficiency now ?

Let me try to get this right. You first said you called NVC to get status update and now you are saying the CO kept the nika nama.
So the interview happened in the consulate abroad and he is in AP. Did i get it right ? If thats correct, then this means NVC is out of picture.
Dont arrive at conclusion that its up for revocation. Maybe his name is stuck in security.
What did the ISO tell you when you called USCIS ?

Your case wont be complete until you submit PCC to NVC.
