      well my computers worked over there...i have a macbook pro laptop and a little baby essus..I just brought a heap of them electrical plugs...I got about 5 of them in my bedside drawer over there....but I think the propblem occurs when you try to get a higher powered electric item to work there....Im not sure...I even asked an Ozzie electrician and he didnt know...I think its a bit of trial and error...I just so dont want to be without my telle....

      hmmm...my ghd hairstraightner worked...just plugged the adapter on the end so it would plug in...we have a aussie DVD player and that works, my laptop chargers but my blackberry didnt...????odd...but I want to take my bread maker and mix master....
