    Will it affect anything if I see the civil surgeon before the wedding and use my maiden name? I want to get everything done and as soon as possible since I still have a month in the US doing nothing before filing for AOS.. Any input would be great :)

      not for k1..cr2..I called the appointment line last night sabi nila na okay lang daw di makarating sa scheduled appointment. I should call daw when am ready to schedule. Totoo ba to? NVC ba nagbigay sayo ng interview sched or kayo nagsched?

      Hi! Was going to ask you how you schedule your interview. My daughter is scheduled on March 11, but will have to re-schedule that since I want to be able to be with her, and between my obligations here and her school there, we just couldnt make it. Thanks!

    This is another Amazing Day for us!! Yesterday our interview was approved & today I rang NVC and was informed that my daughter's case was completed last Feb 3!!!!!!! I am so overjoyed & overwhelmed!!! Thank you God!!

    4 NOA1's received today...Yay!!...1 rejection [daughter's I-130] ..I wont fret and will be working on it FAST!

      Hi Onedoz, from the day they received my package which was on the 16th of June to 26 of June,7 working days [i always exclude weekends when am counting] and for the I-130, it was rejected because the address didn't fit properly on the address field. not a biggie, am ready to send them out tomorrow!
