    So, Department of Homeland Security sent me a letter to remind me that I need to remove conditions on residence! :-)

    Hi,

    Glad you asked me regarding NVC, but unfortunately can't be of much help because we never gave them the original documents, only notarized copies and I brought the originals with me just in case to the interview. Did you notarize the birth & wedding certificate? Yes? No? Hope this helps! Have a great weekend and don't worry you guys will sort things out soon. :-)

    La CMU kids acolo se fac analizele de ambasada. Si eu am fost putin deconcertata ca am sunat la numarul general de programare si adresa indica la CMU kids si am mers Duminica si nu stiam daca e locul bun pentru Luni cand trebuie sa-mi fac analizele, insa acolo e. CMU kids vis a vis de Opera Romana!! Btw... si eu am nevoie din nou de datele pt a suna din Romania in US.

    se face aceasta analiza a eligibilitatii pe baza situatiei financiare. So, bring everything but have very handy what I mentioned below. All the best!!!!!!!! So very happy that finally you guys got approved... :)

    Fara emotii, va fi usor... vei primi GC pe 10 ani, lucky you.

    La ambasada am dus aproape toate documentele de la USCIS si NVC, dar ceea ce mi-au cerut specific a fost cazier judiciar nou pt ca era pe pragul expirarii si albumul photo impreuna cu alte dovezi de relatie. (bilete de avion, carti postale, chestii din excursii etc) Dovezile financiare nu mi le-au cerut pt ca la NVC...

    Bia & Cip right? Nici nu mi-am dat seama cant te-am felicitat ca ati fost approved. Ce tontolina sunt!! :)) Noi am trimis ambele pachete intr-unul singur, nu e nici o problema... am pus si COA just in case. Intr-un pachet am bagat 2 foldere, 1 for me & 1 for him, was absolutely no problem... it goes to same building, only different rooms.

    Nu am Messenger instalat, folosesc doar mailul si asa cred ca s-au pierdut mesajele tale!!Eu folosesc skype-ul... pt comunicare cel mai mult!! Viata aici e ok, un proces de adaptare in continua desfasurare!! :))

      happy for you! you can start the countdown till Nov. 2012 or so when you are allowed to file for removal of condition. Yay!

      Cristina the funny thing is in Ro you dont have the money to buy this & that, here you have, but the quality sucks. Unde este branza noastra cea buna, salamurile si alte preparate? Ce sa mai spun ca in supa pui aceleasi ingrediente ca acasa si nu are nici pe jumatate gustul acela bun. :) Cat mi-e dor de piata unde taranii vin si isi vand legumele!! Nu ca aici artificially grown... mari cat casa, 0 taste. Is like you eat water!! Swear to God!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR :)

      stiu si eu m-am lovit de toata astea acolo,dar incet,incet te adaptezi,incearca la magazine ca Wild Oats sau Whole Foods Market,pt mancare organica,purin mai scumpe dar bune,si in plus mancare ca la noi in Ro nu gasesti nicaieri in lume,pararea mea :P

      Yeah, those are in Manhattan & we live in Flushing, Queens.. :)) In curand ne vom muta, ca mama lui va vinde apartamentul in care stam acum si as vrea sa stam in Astoria... for the Romanian community & stores!!!!!! Yeeeeeeee... :)

    Got GC today, has same date as Welcome Notice. SSN is the A no. or is smth different? Do I have to apply for it or it will come like GC? Is it a no or a card?? Pld enlighten me with an answer... thank u. :))

    I received Receipt Notice & Welcome Notice(I797C, Notice of Action) few days ago, but no temporary GC.... should i be worried?? I thought is going to come after 2 weeks, already going on 3rd week... They say wait 30 days to hear from us! Should i wait so long or i should contact them. I appreciate ur guiding advice...:(
