Posted Today, 11:07 AM Hello everyone! Just want to ask those who were on K1/K2 visa who applied for ROC this year, did you guys received a biometrics letter for your son/daughter? Because we both received the NOA, but it's only me who got the biometrics letter. Until now he did not received any. I was assuming my biometrics is both for us? Our appointment date is fast approaching and I want our trip to the local USCIS successful. Thanks!

I just want to confirm that am on the right track here. My green card or legal permanent card and my son (k2) will expire this June 2013, that means I need to start filing our ROC 90 days before the expiry date, which is approximately April 2013, am I right? I will really appreciate your response. Thank you and goodluck to all of us.

so we're just about to send our report of marriage this monday, FINALLY!!! TALK ABOUT PROCRASTINATION!!! we have everything except for the prepaid self envelope thingy...is it some kind of envelope you purchase from USPS or FEDEX? and include it with the documents we will send to the Philippine Embassy in Chicago??? Please help!

My son's AOS application is still pending, we got an RFE last month, where he needs to have another medical and TB test. We just submitted the RFE last two weeks ago and his case is under RESPONSE REVIEW on the USCIS site.

got my permanent resident card in the mail today but my son needs to submit request for evidence...he needs to do another medical from a civil surgeon authorized by us is and another tuberculin test...

...so it's been more than two weeka since our biometrics and our case was transferred to CSC And we got our EAD card already but our AOS is stilk under Initial Review.....
