Congrats again Chris&Cecil!!!! How did you share the news? Screaming over the phone? Online typing so fast that your fingers failed you? If everything is in order, you could possibly have a September interview! How awesome!!!! You are one step closer to being done....yay!!!!

Tom, I put those lines because they popped in to my silly little head. Everyone needs a little pick me up from Queen. We should all gather together at the end of our interviews and sing "We are the Champions" loudly . My good news is just news until I can confirm it as being good. I will call my husband tomorrow and see if he answers.

thanks again Teya ...Okey i will share it to you guys hehehe... First I was so tired from travel visit my parents in the province, we celebrated the Father's day. I came home from the airport i think it was almost 1am. Then at around 5:45am i received sms from my husband which is unusual time for me to received sms from him. I heard my cellphone sms tone the 3rd times hehehe...he is like keep on teasing me keep on asking me if im awake hehehehe and keep on asking me to guess whats he thinks...and it ended on his 3rd message that he received mail from USCIS informing that NOA2 is approved. I don't know what to act hehehe coz im so surprised my fingers cant type..actually i wasnt able to txtbck his last message hehehe..i called up my sister I almost cried on the phone talking telling her the good news, i cant speak that clearly either hehehe. Then im glad i didnt came late at work hehehe...I visit adoration chapel before work to thank the Lord.

NVC here we come hehehehhe Good luck to those marchfilers waiting for their noa2 approval...keep the faith sooner you approve too!!!

My husband recieved the approval thru his email yesterday and it was stated that our noa2 approved dated june 17.... yes to all marchfilers waiting..you will be the next to get approve ...keep the faith

March2010...I just happened to be the 1st person to come along and NO PROB!!!! Glad to see some one is asking about something that will be helpful to all of us.

Chris&Cecil- yep. I think all of the rest of the Marchers are on "Initial Review" as well. That is where I was before the junk mail that changed my life .

I guess it is nice to feel useful somewhere.

I'm still waiting on my NVC case number so that gives you all time to come join me. Plus, my husband has yet to get all of his documents to me (at least another 2 weeks for me to receive them) and I'm having I-864 complications (who knows how long that will take)...so....I'm sure that by the time I get all of that figured out...we will still all be in the same NVC group slugging it out with the NVC AVR and the mail people who move slower than we would wish.

Good luck everyone...some one somewhere has to have news!!!!

The 1-134 is for K1 visas, so for us, that doesn't ever come in to play! Glad you figured out the other forms. .

My husband checked our case status thru uscis site and he found out the result is on the Initial Review. Are you getting into this before you've got your noa2? But the site stated last updated was last march 31, 2010.

Me: "Hey USCIS, I need you to approve the following people (in no particular order, sorry if I butcher your names): March2010, JohnDoe12, TomD, TheJesal, Tena13, JuneFirst, Chris&Cecil, Anthonydiggs, Jess & Daniel, divina24, FLPilot, and everyone else who is in the following group, MARCH 2010 Filers for CSC!!!!"

USCIS: "Lady, you are crazy! What is your case number so we can switch you from approved to HECTA-ACRES NO!!!!!"

Thanks for your support !!! We (March filers) are still waiting for the big big good news today, tomorrow, this week, next week. I hope the USCIS will hear/read your message for them to approved us sooonnnnn !!!

Chris&Cecil...the time lines go off of people updating their time lines . That time line will keep jumping up and down all the way until you get your NOA2. I wouldn't worry about it too much. There is no one to "call" about fixing them. Hopefully you guys will hear something within this month.

If the majority of us wind up in the same NVC and interview groups...we will make those pages go from 15 to 1000005. Some of us (mainly myself and John) as chatty and I think it helps to relieve the stress a bit. You all have to come with me to June NVC so that we can chat out every step of the way!!!

hi Teya...im just a bit confused with the VJ timeline coz last week when i saw my estimated timeline is june 7 to june 28..but now it changed into june 15 to aug 25... do you have any idea how come they always change that estimated time? or whom do we need to call?...

I received my NOA 1 for my I-130 form March 15th 2010. The petition hasn't been touched even once. I noticed that many others who filed at the same time or even later, have been touched multiple times. Should I be concerned?

As for the "Heads up, RFE's down!" game, it doesn't have to be completed in a day. So all of us can take our time and have lives not attached to this website.

Tom started the idea and gave the first step of what we should do after we get the NOA2 (calm down and get organized). Does anyone have anything to add to what he said? If not, we can move to the next step.

12.ask for chat logs, Pics, phonecalls, emails, cards.

III. CONSULAR QUESTIONS:

* the consular starts the interview exactly 8:00am. I called around 8:30 am.

he was checking my papers and everything we sent from USCIS and NVC. after that he said Your papers look nice so Congratulation! Your visa is approved! He told me to wait to call my name and proceed to Y window to get pink slip!

It takes about 2-5 months after receiving yours NOA-1 date. but still it varies case to case.if you are lucky then you will hear something soon
