  1. Just stopping by to wish you luck and best wishes......:-)

    Bob

  2. Tifany Markee of Milner Markee......sorry!

  3. http://www.milner-markee.com/bios.htm

Tifany Milner helped us out greatly on an 601 waiver.

  4. Visa In Hand!!! Ticket here for March 24th......Wooo hooo!!! Mark us off the list!!

  5. EAbbas, have faith and patience. Things just go so darned slow with USCIS/Government. Our visa got received today by my wife. My prayers are with you and your husband for a speedy resolution.

  6. One week closer for us all....all our requested info is with the CO for a week and a half now with no replies/responses.....waiting now like we've already been...same stuff, different day...Best of luck and good wishes for your wait to end soon...Bob

  7. Hope you are standing strong still, I know our wait is shorter by the day. Starting to see a dim light on our side. Elsa's medical will be done the end of February, then hoops to jump through at the embassy. Hopefully the end of March for us.....I hope your wait is shorter!! Best of luck....Bob

  8. Update: Waiver was approved by the USCIS!!! Wife went to redo the physical due to the 1st expiring and we got flagged for the dreaded sputum test again! :-( She should clear that on February 22 and HOPEFULLY be issued her visa...it's been a long rough journey for us but we're still going. We'll give you some closure in March!!

  9. Our 601 waiver application and packet is at the Manila Fedex sorting facility as I write. We should file on the 8th or 9th depending upon when they deliver it. Have an expedite request due to a surgery I will undergo on Jan. 6th. Wish us luck and our lawyer's goal is to have us together by Christmas...that would be very nice. How's the life? Hope you two are enjoying to the max!...

  10. Hope your wait is about over, we start our 601 application Tuesday, 2-3 weeks to put together and then submit it. Wish us luck!! :-)

  11. Best of Luck!!!!

  12. It usually takes 5-8 business days to acknowledge the receipt of the Email for choice of agent. Hope this helps!!

  13. Congrats and thanks for checking in on us.....we'll get there but it'll take a while. Neither of us has ever done anything the easy way yet so why begin now?? ;-)

  14. Hope things break good for you soon. We're in a holding pattern for now gathering green for the lawyer. A necessary evil I suppose but necessary the same.....about 6-9 months till she arrives...

  15. The barcoded forms are only for the AOS(864) and the 230...the 3032 doesn't have one.

  16. 50-90% was the predicted success rate to get the inadmissible restriction lifted. Hers was a lesser infraction 8 years ago on a tourist visa, not an immigrant visa so in theory they'll be a bit more forgiving of it. We have a good ($$$$) lawyer that is on the case....another year is realistic, IF everything goes well.

  17. Hope that all is well with you , just takes some time in your case I hope. Looks like we're going to have to file a 601 :-(..

  18. My wife has an issue with a prior tourist visa application being rejected for misrepresentation. We're waiting on our letter but it looks like a 601 waiver has to be filed

  19. You should get an ITIN at the acceptance agent in Angeles City so he can file correctly.

  20. He can file it single but it is incorrect and he should amend his taxes. I'm probably going to get my wife to go to Angeles City and go to the IRS acceptance agent there and get her an ITIN so we can file our taxes. Hope this helps you some...best wishes...

  21. Black ink for spaces that won't let you type in the info (enough space ect..) As long as it's legible, shouldn't be a problem. Good luck!

  22. Thanks for the good wishes, may your journey be a short one!!

    Bob

  23. There is a Philippine forum that might help too under regional discussions. Welcome and best of luck in your journey!!
