yes you are right. she is my future wife but as of now I have not even proposed to her yet. she still has over 1 year before she moves to Canada. she is a school teacher in the Philippines and will retire then. then she will go to Canada.

I have a friend who is a Filipina and still in the Philippines. soon she will be moving to Canada to live with her son and daughter in law. later I will be going there to meet her and her family there. Then I want to bring her here to America to get married. What is the prosecc for her to come here. will she have to go back to the Philippines to do the process to come here or will she do it all from Canada.

I have a son in law who is from Mexico. He has been here for over 15 years and is married to my daughter and they have 2 kids. During his process of trying to be legal he has been deported 2 times but has come back. He still wants to be legal but does not know what to do now? Does he still have a chance? is there any thing I can do for him on my end like sign papers vouching for him? What can I do???? I have known him for over 3 years now.

My wife is from the Philippines, I am from USA. I filed for the fiancee visa my self, all papers went thru, she went to her interview and medical in Manila, every thing was approved!! she arrived here in the USA April this year. Since then we got married and need to know what is next?

Hello, I am wanting to know about what to do about sponsering some one here to america?. My daughter lives with and has had a baby from a man from Mexico who now is illegal, he was once legal but his papers expired and he can not afford to go thru the process to make him self legal? Can I sponser him or what do I have to do to get him legal here?? Do I have to be making a certain amount of money to quilify to do this?? Gary

Since there is no divorce in the Philippines, if a person comes from the Philippines to America and lives or works here etc, can they file for a divorce here.
