so, I finally got my passport in hand today. It took 2 weeks after my interview. That was also because there was a mix up with DHL not findind my place yesterday and so on. All in all, because yours is going to NS, I would give it a little more time. Good luck

I got an email earlier from the consulate saying my passport had been picked up from DHL, so yours probably has been too!

Since it's the same time/date, we should meet at the closest coffee shop before or something and walk over together! Will your son be with you, too? That would be hard, keeping a 6 year old (he is 6, right??) entertained at a consulate, haha

hahah I know, I haven't seen P4 yet either! "my" copy went to my parents' house, since it's my permanent address, and I'll just pick it up at Christmas.... and my fiance doesn't have a scanner at home, only work, and I wasn't waiting til the next day to schedule!! hahah

No! don't wait!! I didn't have to pay! I had my visa (as in credit card lol) all out and ready to pay, but it didn't ask me to pay! It allowed me to schedule and even P4 says we can pay at the interview still!

I know. I'm here in Ontario until April 30th, but we are hoping for an interview ASAP next semester so we can plan the wedding. we aren't making any deposits until my visa is in HAND since Montreal had that glitch a few weeks (or months?) ago when the visas were approved but not printed.... so I don't want anything to get screwed up and we lose our deposits!
