I felt so upset to the " USCIS GOV'T STAFF " i was wondering why they never cashed our money order so they can start to processed our papers? i think the staff was sleeping..not doing their job...i was thinking that " TIME IS GOLD" for them..but its just a word not to put in action..." if u are here particular in EMCOR? ur fired already coz ur just a liabilities, ur not doing ur job...coz when ur working to the gov't, u need to be an asset. and Where ever u are co...

Hello asianmom...how are u now?btw. my petitioner trying to call today confirming if they received our money order and he's trying to check if they cashed it, and now he knows that they have our papers there and they never cashed the money order, and when he try to ask why they never cashed it yet and it takes for so long, the staff just say i dont know..

But why is it that when my petitioner will follow up they will keep saying that our petition is on process and we will just wait 14 to 21 working days but we were just wondering why until now still nothing? and my petitioner call the local office just to have an appointment..then do i have the authority to follow up the uscis?even i am just the benificiary?

thank u so much for accepting my friend invitation...i wish u can give some insight about the second chance of filing our papers..coz we filed it 2nd time around this year but still we never received our noa1 and yet it will be the 3 months last oct.2010
