Romans 15:13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit

Going to spend the day arranging and rearranging documents. Looking forward to God's favor in 2013!

Wishing everyone a joyous and blessed holiday season. Those of you who have your loved one's here, be grateful and enjoy them. Those of us still waiting, our time will come!

Happy to say that the discussion on differences in culture above and below the Mason-Dixon line went well!

You know a person knows your REALLY well when they tell you: You SOUND like you need to eat! ROFL. It was so true!

Hmm, I'm just learning about the Polaroid Z2300 instant digital print camera. Wish I would've known about it earlier so Santa could bring it for me. Digital instant print camera- this would be great to take on my next trip overseas. Pics with immediate printing- gotta love it!

12-12-12 is a great day! My neice turns 12 today, also. I gave her the first kiss when she was born. I have to be joyous because she gives me great joy!

I need to keep my cousin's advice in mind. She says:Don't let a divine delay turn into a devilish disappointment! #NothingJustHappens. Gotta change my mindset to delays being divine.

So happy for you!! What a blessing! I saw the comment about scotch bonnets. They're he same as habaneros so you should be able to get them at Publix.

So joyous today as my family welcomed the birth of my new cousin last night. Blessings abound!

My personal opinion: If your loved one is not from a VWP country I would recommend the Cr-1/IR-1 over the K-1. The K-1 doesn't seem to be taken as seriously and you have more legal recourse with the CR-1IR-1.

Emeka started school yesterday and I was up half the night worrying that he did his homework correctly, LOL

If you are able to be with your loved one this holiday season- give thanks. For those still apart I highly recommend your and your significant other review your relationship, the things you want to work on and the things that are going well. It helps to refresh and renew it! S/N: A great book is The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman.

I need to start working on a scrapbook for the children. That way they'll know about their relatives and what they look like before they get here. Their cousins are waiting for them!

Dress fitting today. Now, if I could just set a date!

2 year anniversary today. Today was bittersweet. If things had gone the way we planned, Emeka and I would've gotten married today. I guess God has other plns for us. At least I got to spend it celebrating a new life coming into the family at my cousin's baby shower.

God is still in control and His timing is best. Help me to always keep that in mind, Lord. Ready for your blessings to rain down on me.

5 months later and the South African Consulate still hasn't sent our case back to NVC. UGH!
