Got an email from NVC they have scheduled my interview on August 16,2010 at 8 am

Oh I am so sorry to know about the delay!Hopefully you will all get CC by this week Its our test to have patience at this stage!NVC is really busy with tons of papers!so not to worry and keep patience to hear the word " CASE COMPLETE" from NVC!!!

some people got their CC/SIF in this month already.Count me on them as well!lol.My case has been completed on 8th July,Yes both the petitioner and benificiary will get an email regarding missing doc or RFE,for my case I got time RFE for DS-230 which was false.Me and my husband also got e-mail for DS-230. when we called NVC they said disregard this email!hang in there NVC is kind of slow this summer.For me, it took over a month to get CC after sending my DS-230 doc best of luck for your visa journey

ohh really!NVC will be scheduling upto July 16th,thats a great news!I hope we will all get our dates by July 16!!!you got your SIF on 4th and I got my SIF on 8th so lets see what happens!update me if you get to hear anything new from NVC

now relieved!!finally AVR updates ' your case has been completed on 8th July and allow us 6-8 weeks....." cant express how much happy I am

Finally got SIF today!!really praying for my interview soon...finger crossed

In my case, I had first touch on 5th May and my case was approved on 7th may,so if its 2 or 3 months since you applied for ur I-130 then its a good sign of hearing some good news..May be you will hear some good news from USCIS at the end of the day today...so hang in there

when my husband called NVC last week,they told us to call them back on thursday or friday!!so we are gonna them a call on friday(tomorrow)!!so will able to know about our new updates on friday if there is any

I think we will not able to get an interview date on August..NVC is backed up with tons of cases this summer I think..

I can understand the queue must be maintained!I sent my DS-230 a month ago so I can expect some updates from them.I called them on 18th on that day human acknowledge the fact "THEY RECEIVED MY PAPERS"..after a week we called them again and they answered "ITS UNDER REVIEW" and last week they said "ITS UNDER FINAL REVIEW"..so really confusing situation,machine is saying something different and human operator is saying completely different thing..so thats why I was wondering actually whats going on over there at NVC?

I am really disappointed !! AVR is not updating my case status!I got time RFE for the time between I-864 and DS-230.I sent package such a long time ago,opertor is saying its under "FINAL REVIEW".how long I have to hear the same updates "MISSING OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION FOR DS-230 HAS BEEN SENT ON JUNE 18th"..now I am getting tired of listening same old automated message.Is anyone here experiencing the same situation about automated voice response system at NVC or I am the only one here is facing this situation?

Aww I am really touched!after reading all the stories I forgot my own story.all I can say hang in there !We will see some sunshine soon.this journey has its end to it!best of luck everyone and remember we are not alone.We are here for each other to share everything

I am praying for not to get a RFE..NVC told us they will be done with our case by next week and they also mentioned that interview will take place in August

you need to speak to an operator to enter your e-mail addresses to the system,there is no other way to enter your email addresses other than talking to them.Or if you wish to know about the updates of your case you can always check 24 hours a day and 7 days a week just by dialing 603-334-0700

FINALLY I AM UNDER "FINAL REVIEW"... one more week to hear something new from NVC
