@LoriT - My 5 months was up 3/25. Why must you wait another 11 days?? OMG! This is CSC (the one that is meant to be doing so well lately). Dustin said he called today and all they said to him is that it was still under Initial Review - i know that, but i want to know why some Nov filers are getting theirs and we still sitting with nothing! I've been to check on USCIS site - my "batch" has 12 in it, 3/4 had theirs approved last year or jan or feb this year, a few in marc...

contact the senators!!call again, ask to speak to a supervisor, and get them to give you more information on your case. Then, let them know you've already contacted the senators...we did that and on the same day we got the approval...maybe it was just coincidence but who knows...

our five months will be on november 26 kristydustin...

hey I was wrong. Our NOA1 dates are 3 days apart, so since I got mine on the 29th I'm pretty sure you'll get yours maybe on Mon or Tues... Have you called USCIS? If not, do it. Call every day and tell them you'll contact the congressmen if you have no news next week.

Well i'm hoping Dustin calls Aoifemc and Carolina. I'm just quite depressed at the moment, mine is 25th Oct, and on egors list there are three of us and only 1 (had to be only one and the middle one, and not all of us) has been given NOA2

i really dont understand. we got ours early. doesnt make sense. pester them until they send it out, id say they are well used to it. xxxxx

medical is not until 26th of April as there is only one doctor in ireland who does them!! so he's so busy! i sent package three and notice of readiness so just wiaiting to hear something back now. do you guys have any more plans to visit or are you waiting for the final move?

WOW 2 weeks and she'll be with you?? That's so exciting I have my unabridged birth certificate, police clearance and medical all ready so they asked to see extra evidence? I've got facebook messages, gmail chats, emails, photo's, and waiting for Dustin's package for the call logs, we have cards to each other, engagement congrats, all sorts... LOL! I'm getting quite nervous for it now! LOL

I agree, I am October filer as well and hopefully they start with Oct. petitions by next week! Lets pray and keep our fingers crossed I am one week before my 5 month mark, so its really exciting, I think the longest part of waiting is over!
