  1. Ok So I just fed exed my rebuttal for my husbands visa denial in Ghana back in December, I am on pins and needles. I am so nervous,I just wanted to share tho. I am hoping for a quick response from Vermont. I must say my lawyer Marc Ellis did an execllent job in helping me put the rebuttal evidence package together. I barely slept last night, it is like my Visa Journey is a part time no full time job. I am nervous!!! I pray my case gets reafirmed and sent back to Ghana. I know the wait there sucks, but I have hope this time for once. Also please don't forget to join our facebook page in hopes to get the attention of the BS we all have had to go through with the US Embassy in Ghana. Please pray for me and my husband, it has been a long journey.

  2. Hey girl (afrilaskan queen) I hope my text didn’t wake you this morning either. I have made two copy packets except pictures, I have to reprint more of what I am sending in to reaffirm. So we will be ok. I am hoping he does not have to personally deal with them fools in Ghana so much again. Thanks for all your help and support could not of made it this far without you or Lori7734 for the matter.

  3. So I am getting everything together in hopes the USCIS does affirm my case. I know it will go back to the NVC and then I have been told they the embassy will not interview my husband again, they just give my husband the visa. Anyone know?

  4. Hello, my husband was denied his visa in December in Ghana. And I received my intent to revoke letter from USCIS and I working on the packet with my lawyer. He has advised me that I need to use only one echo fastener to cut down on evidence to only include 6 emails a month, all my phone bills, etc. The problem is my entire phone bills will not fit in one echo fastener. I have this fancy folder with four fasteners I now have everything in tabed and labeled with a table of contents over top each of the sections. I have included. Pics, emails, Phone bills, passport and plane ticket copies, western union receipts from when I have sent my husband money, bills with both of our names on them. He is afraid the USCIS will lose my stuff and then we will have to appeal since they are known for losing stuff. Do not get me wrong, I have faith in my lawyer (Marc Ellis) but am just asking for additional advice.

    Anything I am missing?

Any help appreciated if you have been down this road. Thanks!
