    I humble myself on this day to countdown the weeks for I know my GOD is a faithful GOD and will do what he said he will do 7weeks to go until my Fiance has his Interview I am standing on the mountain TOP!!!!

    oh you also need to fill out the affidavit of support and have the supporting docs such as pay stubs or most recent tax return or both. Once you fill them out you should be good and pkt 4 there really is no pkt4 in Lagos the email with the interview date is pkt 3 and 4 put together....if u have any other questions let me know...good luck

    I saw your post on the consulate reviews page. To answer your question Nigeria does not send out pkt3 or 4 the link they sent you with your interview date has everything you will need there. you just download those forms and fill them out I believe there is a DS156 and DS156k there is also information there telling you how to go about the medical and the police check.

    I have filed my petition, waited on NOA1 and NOA2, went through AP at the NVC got an interview date for November and I am still worrying GOD help me!!!!

    lol ok good hope it is good news that your case is already at the interviewing embassy..Also be prepared the number is forever busy I would always call about 545pm CST and get through be prepared to give them your case number WAC***** and name and DOB of beneficiary and petitioner...Good luck :)
