Talked to my asawa last night. The copy she has is the NSO certified xerox copy of the original marriage certificate, so it is good to go. Yours was stamped by the NSO, right? The USCIS will not accept the civil registry copy from City Hall....

I'm thinking we will have to wait another month to file. She hasn't received the marriage certificate yet, just the certified copy of the marriage licence. I wonder if the pictures from the wedding would work...

Filinig CR-1 by the end of next week. The wifey is sending me her Bio worksheet, passport photo, and marriage license. Glad to be here. I am 38, she is 25. I am military, for the time being, retiring soon.
