Elya, I am so sorry you are going through this. The only thing you can do is keep calling and asking for the Supervisor of a Tier 2 person because this is not right.
the lawyer is going to follow up with CSC every 2 weeks. This is just a nightmare. I am actively working on Plan B and hope it shapes up by end of this year. We have been separated for too long.
