Done with waiting. Talked to Congressman's aide and sent updated request for assistance; called DOS, e-mailed embassy (at DOS recommendation); called USCIS and e-mailed CSC (at USCIS Tier 2 recommendation). I want answers and I want action!!
OMG ... Now I´m scared (more), because I´ve seeing some couples who are getting this letter saying that they need to get more time (6 months) and they don´t explain WHY ... I WON´T GIVE UP To be with my love ... NEVER!!! and Elya there is the first time that are you trying K 1 ?!
well don't be scared, really it's not too many people that this happens too. Did you get this letter? No, it's my 2nd K-1, for the same guy. We screwed up the first time, so now we are paying for it... a LOT.
